Brewed with a complex malt bill comprising Crisp Maris Otter, Gambrinus Honey Oat, Caramel and Chocolate Wheat, hopped with Cascade from Pemberton’s Myrtle Meadows and Blacktrap molasses at the end of the boil, our Westminster Brown is a true Cascadian take on an English classic.
