We’ve captured that same pioneer spirit with this clean, crisp and beautifully clear wheat ale that’s more akin to a pilsner in appearance and known as ‘Polish Champagne’ in its country of origin.

German oak-smoked wheat malt provides a subtle campfire character that complements food flavours, while Polish hop Lubulski imparts notes of lemon balm and grassy spice. The result is a beer that’s best enjoyed with tall tales and toasted marshmallows around the fire at the end of a summer’s day well spent.

Down the edges, through the passes, up the mountains steep.
