We’re closing the rabbit hole on our series of Hazy IPAs that turned back the clock to a simpler, groovier time and place when peace, flowers and free love were in plentiful supply and Vancouver was vibrating in the midst of its own Summer of Love. A scene in the late ’60s to explore, experiment, and expand mind and horizons alike.

Over the past six months, we’ve explored and expanded our own hop horizons by crafting NEIPAs that utilized new-age and experimental varietals to conjure up good vibes of hazier days gone by.

Flashback showcases Yakima Chief’s new USDA hop varietal Vista and its notes of stone fruit, melon and papaya, secondary additions of Centennial Cryo and HBC 682, a malt bill that adds body, sweetness and complexity. and a thiolized Cosmic Punch yeast that adds a distinctly tropical character to this big juicy brew.
