BRIGHTON UP YOUR DAY

Coming this week and available exclusively from the hand-pull beer engines in our tasting room and to go from our retail store next door is the latest entry in our ongoing series of true cask ales: we present our TUNNERMAN’S BRIGHTON BLONDE.

This English blonde ale channels (get it?) the iconic East Sussex beachfront resort town with a combination of New World English hops (Harlequin, Admiral, Phoenix) and a malt bill comprising Crisp Maris Otter, Weyermann Isaria and Gambrinus Malting’s Honey Oat. The resulting beer showcases delicate notes of tropical and stone fruit, subtle earthy hop tones and light, flaky pie crust.
