Stroop, There it is!

New Brew Debut Alert: Our Stroopwafel Imperial Stout collaboration with the ever-beloved and Michelin-recommended Café Medina is now available!

Built on a base of English specialty malts and conditioned on vanilla and cinnamon, this limited-edition beer has a rich, sweet backbone, notes of stroopwaffle and caramel, and a graham cracker-like character that conjures up the flavours of Café Medina’s beloved Liege Waffles.

It’s the second in our new line of collaborations with some of Vancouver’s most respected and renowned chefs and restaurants after teaming up with Chef/Restaurateur Angus An to create a Black Lime Lager that’s available at Main St. and his Maenam, Fat Mao Noodles, Longtail Kitchen and Sen Pad Thai locations.

Stroopwafel Imperial Stout is available on tap at Main St. and to go in 250mL cans from our retail store next door as well as participating BC Liquor stores and private outlets in your neighbourhood.
