Skyrocket takes flight from a launchpad of American Pilsner malt and Flying Horse extra fancy rice and Swiss Lager yeast, creating a platform for a nuanced hops combo of Motueka Cryo, Cascade T-90, Mosaic Dynaboost and Motueka Hopkief to shine.

Combining a dry fermentation style with a West Coast steam beer fermentation profile, Skyrocket’s balanced blend of Cascadian and New Zealand hops bring forth a subtle sweetness and a vapor trail of pineapple and bright citrus for a crisp, deceptively crushable IPA that soars to new heights.
