We’re stoked to share the news that our INTO THE WOODS Grodziskie Smoked Wheat Beer earned the GOLD MEDAL in the Smoked Malt category at the second annual Canada Beer Cup held in Niagara Falls on Oct. 25!

Known as ‘Polish Champagne’ in its country of origin, German oak-smoked wheat malt provides a subtle campfire character to Into The Woods, while Polish hop Lubulski imparts notes of lemon balm and grassy spice.

Our thanks to the judges and congratulations to our fellow medallists Medicine Hat Brewing Company (Lagerfeuer Rauchbier, bronze) and Quebec’s Frampton Brasse (Das Winter Project, silver).

That makes two golds in two years for Main St. after our flagship Naked Fox IPA grabbed a gold at the inaugural Canada Beer Cup in 2022.

‘A big shout-out to our Head Brewer Azlan Graves and our brewing team for their second medal of the year, counting the bronze they won for our Garage Series Golden Apricot & Noyaux Sour in the Spontaneous Fermentation & Mixed Culture category at the 2023 Best of Craft Beer Awards earlier this spring in Bend, Oregon.
