Brewed in the kottbusser style, which defied the German purity order (reinheitsgebot), this rebellious beer takes you off the beaten track and down a path that highlights a light, distinctive malt character with honey sweetness. Dry hopped with German Hallertau hops for hints of gooseberry, sauvignon blanc, tamarind and anise.

A crisp, low ester ale with a touch of buckwheat honey courtesy of “Elias Honey”, and blackstrap molasses for depth truly brings the reward of A Road Less Travelled.
