This limited-edition Garage Series beer was primary fermented in stainless and secondary fermented in neutral American oak barrels with brettanomyces yeast and then conditioned on whole local organic kiwis from Abbotsford for 72 hours to impart aromas of lychee and rambutan and a subtle kiwi sweetness on the palate.
