This limited-edition Garage Series beer utilizes time-honoured techniques perfected in the recipes for George Gale’s Prize Old Ale and cultures from Gale’s 2000-’04 vintages. Our brewing team put the first runnings from our annual Dark Mild into an extended boil and then fermented it in a solera project to incorporate previous vintages, leading to an ale that showcases notes of dark cherry, overripe pineapple and manuka honey.
